Shahin Malum is a Bangladeshi Politician & Businessman. He has been served as Manpower and Employment Secretary, Bangladesh Awami Jubo League, Central Executive Committee since November 2020.He was the Former Assistant Secretary of the Central Executive Committee, Bangladesh Awami Jubo League From 2012 to 2019.His impressive humanitarian works for indigent and poor peoples across Bangladesh made him a remarkable Politician.

===Early life and education===

Shahin Malum was born on 1st September 1975  to  Alhaz Sajeda Hoque Malum in Shimulia village in Daudpur union of Rupganj Upazila of Narayanganj District. He started his early education in Janata High School. After finishing primary education, He obtained his SSC in 1993, HSC in 1995 from Murapara Degree College, and his bachelor’s degree in 2000.

In 1992, while studying in the class ninth, he started actively participating in Awami League political activities as an activist for the Bangladesh Chhatra League.

===Political career===

He was elected in 1992 as the President of the Bangladesh Chhatra League of Ward No. 9 of the Daudpur union of Rupganj Police station of Narayanganj district. He was the organizing secretary in 2001 of the Chhatra League of Daudpur union of the same police station. In 2005 he was elected the joint general secretary of the Rupganj Thana Chhatra League. In 2012, Bangladesh Awami Jubo League was elected as the Assistant secretary of the Central Executive Committee.
